Crosby Mullins, Ash Smith, Gant Braswell, and I discussed College Football's best past 10 National Champions. We all ranked our top ten and everybody differed in some sort of way. I think something that stood true with most of us was ranking the 2019 LSU team as our unanimous number 1. It was cool getting to hear and see each person's top ten and getting to hear their opinion on why they believe what they believed. The consensus for most of us is that the 2018 Clemson team featuring Trevor Lawrence, Hunter Renfroe and many other greats was featured in all of our top three. Then came the 2021 and 2022 Georgia teams. These teams had some spunk about them and were some of the best teams of the generation boosting high number draft picks on both squads. Then there was the 2024 Ohio State squad who might be the most controversial team of them all. The reason for that being we are talking about a two-loss team but maybe the most talented team of them all between the number of weapons on both sides of the ball that team had. Defiantly an interesting subject and makes you think about how truly good the 2024 Ohio State team was.
